Hiring: Full Stack Developer (core Team) for healthcare platform

About MediLink:
We are developing a high-utility healthcare platform built on a modern Vite and Node.js architecture. The project is currently running smoothly as a local MVP setup as we prepare for production deployment. We are an unregistered, early-stage stealth startup looking for core technical partners.

Responsibilities:

1. Translating interface layouts into responsive, clean React components.
2. Building, refining, and securing backend Node.js API endpoints.

Perks and Accountability Framework:
This is a part-time, fully remote sweat-equity role. Selected candidates will receive a permanent core founding equity split (1% to 5%) in our firm based on milestone delivery, making you a long-term stakeholder in MediLink. All core team holdings follow strict milestone-driven equity vesting metrics. The founding team retains the explicit right to claw back or reduce equity stakes under extreme circumstances, such as prolonged inactivity, skill stagnation, or failure to deliver core milestones.
