Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer
Responsibilities
- Improve and maintain our code base
- Plan, develop and improve features and future iterations
Required skills
In general: we are looking for a professional full stack ruby on rails developer, ideally with some multi-disciplinary experience in the background
Must have
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails: at least several years of professional full stack Ruby on Rails development experience
- You are not a hardcore software dev, but have at least some multi-disciplinary experience (e.g. in design, product, finance, etc.)
- Fluent in English
Nice to have
- German skills & cultural experience with Germany e.g. you studied or lived there for a while (English is working language, but knowing German really helps)
- Entrepreneurial mindset & experience: we prefer indie hackers, side hustlers, freelancers, former founders!
- Experience in at least one startup (ideally VC-financed & Berlin-based)
- Experience with encryption, security, compliance topics
