What Do We Need the Head of Curriculum For?

On our platform, when a user wants to learn a craft (craft: a deliberate composition of skills that match to a profession) we provide them with a path to learn their craft. Our paths consist of two options for each skill someone wants to learn: 1) existing educational provider (coursera, Kahn academy, etc.) and 2) our free, self-guided learning process. The self-guided learning process takes resources available for free on the internet, and displays them in an intuitively-guided learning process. The head of curriculum would be responsible for creating + maintaining these learning processes and building the curriculum team out.

What's in it for you?

We're offering generous equity compensation, with the expectation that this person only need to work part-time (no need for full-time until we can provide you with a salary)! After raising or bootstrapping successfully, we will offer a salary (like 50-60k) but still with the expectation our people only need to work part-time. Until we can offer you the salary you deserve, we will not expect a full-time commitment!
