[hiring] Looking for a Growth Partner (SMM) for my Fintech Web App

I recently launched the one-pager for my startup Trend, a web app where users predict the stock & crypto markets and build public credibility based on performance, like a fantasy league for investors, but based on real-world accuracy.

I’m now looking for someone to join as a Social Media Manager / Growth Partner.

What I’m offering:
Equity (2–5%) – milestone-based vesting

Cash bonuses (€75–150) per deliverable (not just “exposure”)

Full ownership of strategy across X, TikTok, Reddit, IG, FB

Flexible, async work style

Visibility as a co-builder of the project

What I’m looking for:
Someone who wants to build from the ground up

Strong writing/creative mindset

Not afraid to experiment, test, adapt

Ideally with interest in fintech / markets (not required)
