#hiring: Looking for a social media manager
Hey all! I'm looking for a social media manager to manage the content schedule and posting for both Shoppe & BoutiquePlan. We have 2 different brands across Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn. The goal for you would be to help us be consistent with great content and consistently increase engagement.
Applicants should be familiar with the needs & traits of businesses using Facebook & Instagram to sell fashion products and be passionate about helping small business owners grow their businesses. We call this "Social Selling."

I'm mostly curious about your review of the pay-what-you-want-model? Seems like a neat idea.
Seemed like the best idea as I get it going since it still has inconsistent traffic and it’s hard to justify a higher price point. The pay-what-you-want model gives me a lot of data points to figure out a price to start and evolve from there. Definitely glad I went with it!
