We’re looking for a Senior Next.js Engineering Manager to lead our remote engineering team and own Next.js-based projects from start to finish.

You’ll combine hands-on coding skills with leadership and strategy — working closely with our CEO to deliver world-class applications.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• 👨‍💻 Lead and mentor a remote team of Next.js engineers

• 🏗️ Architect and develop modern web apps with Next.js, React, and TypeScript

• 🤝 Work with clients directly to translate feature requests into technical requirements

• 🚀 Drive best practices (CI/CD, code quality, performance optimization)

• 🛠️ Manage projects end-to-end — from planning to delivery

• 🧠 Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance

• 🎯 Hire, onboard, and retain top engineering talent

• 📊 Monitor team performance and project health

✅ Requirements

• Native English speaker 🇬🇧 🇺🇸

• Based in North America or Europe 🌍

• 4+ years of Next.js development experience

• 1+ year of experience managing developers directly

• Excellent communicator (written + verbal)

• Experience working async-first (Slack + Loom preferred)

• Portfolio of live Next.js projects (we want to see them!)
