MoonSofts is looking for a Sales Engineer who can combine technical understanding with client-facing communication.

This role is perfect for someone who can understand client problems, explain technical solutions clearly, and help convert conversations into real software projects.

You will work between business and engineering, helping clients understand what we can build, preparing solution plans, supporting proposals, and guiding technical discovery calls.

Our work includes web applications, SaaS platforms, AI solutions, automation tools, blockchain products, and MVP development.


Responsibilities

  • Join client calls and understand technical/business requirements
  • Translate client needs into clear technical solution plans
  • Support proposal writing, project estimation, and scope definition
  • Explain our engineering capabilities in a simple and professional way
  • Work with developers to ensure the proposed solution is realistic and valuable

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in software engineering, SaaS, AI, or technical consulting
  • Strong communication skills with non-technical clients
  • Able to create trust through technical clarity
  • Comfortable supporting sales, proposals, and discovery calls
