Why are you looking for a developer on Indie hacker. An indiehacker wants to be INDEPENDENT of a company and make their own way in the world.

Great question, Geoff. Yes, an indiehacker wants to be independent but not everyone is ready to go rogue just yet. I'm assuming that's one of the reasons why this website decided to create a job forum.
Until you're ready to start your own business, why not work for a company and with colleagues who can help you get there? The attributes I listed in my post are hard to come by but easier to find perhaps among people who frequent this website. That's my thinking anyway.
Fair point. So you want someone to help build your 1 billion dollar dream. Is the developer going to get part ownership in the form of stock options or is the dream only for the REAL OWNERS of the company. I think what you're really looking for is an intelligent useful idiot and obedient worker. I'm not trying to bust your proverbial balls here Eric, but some developers, don't want fooseball tables, t-shirts, free lunches and all the caca cola they can drink. They don't want to listen to corporate cheerleaders and their caca either about changing the world, throw market rate dollars at them making salary men of them while they end up uber rich. Do you have a dream to share Eric or are you looking for someone to build another mans dream.

I will answer the question for you, since you gave me a non answer. Finder.com doesn't offer stock options to its developers, but what finder.com does offer is delicious pizza slices and a ping pong table to it's very gullible developers who are naive enough to build another mans dream. I rest my case.
