Just launched a new side project: BrightMatch – an AI-powered hiring assistant for startups looking to hire top tech talent.

After speaking with a few founders, the same pain kept coming up: hiring is time-consuming, expensive, and often hit-or-miss.

So I want to build a lightweight platform to help:

Screen and match tech candidates automatically
Save time with pre-vetted profiles
Make early hiring less painful (and more affordable)
