Honest disclaimer first: this is extremely early. No funding, no salary, no equity in place yet. We are pre-public-testnet. If you need a paying role, this is not it , yet. What I can offer is a real co-founder stake and token allocation once tokenomics are designed. That conversation hasn't happened because we're not at that stage. Reach out only if you want to own a piece of this from the ground floor.

I'm not going to undersell it either. NOVAI is a from-scratch layer-1 blockchain where AI agents are native protocol primitives, not a contract or a sidecar bolted onto an existing chain. It's one of very few projects taking that architecture seriously at the protocol level, and it's real, working code, not a whitepaper.

HotStuff-style BFT consensus with a 3-chain commit rule and locked-QC safety
Sparse Merkle Tree state

What I'm looking for:

A technical co-founder who writes Rust and wants to own a major part of this long term , not contribute and leave. Someone drawn to BFT consensus, distributed systems, or on-chain AI primitives, who wants a real future in what we build, with me.
