Hiring: UI Designer for Appzi

Appzi is a startup that helps SaaS companies build better products and services through user feedback. We're on a mission to become the world's best online product feedback platform and need the help of an experienced UI Designer who is passionate about creating world class products.

You will lead and create our flagship web product's user experiences, helping our products to be highly attractive and competitive. You should be keen in clean and artful design and be able to translate high-level requirements into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Here's what you responsibilities are going to look like:

✔️ Work together with product management and engineering to build best in class web application interfaces
✔️ Participate in all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
✔️ Develop original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
✔️ Rapidly able to turn low-fidelity designs into high-fidelity designs
✔️ Evolve designs and iterate rapidly based on team's feedback
✔️ Prepare wireframes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
✔️ Discuss designs and key milestone deliverables with peers and stakeholders
✔️ Stay up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies

The ideal candidate has:

✔️ 3+ years experience of working on a UI Designer position
✔️ Profound UI design skills with a solid portfolio of design projects
✔️ Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and user interfaces
✔️ Solid understanding of using Figma and developing a design system
