What it is: Overhauls how Sharpr actually works and looks in-product. Owns the usability and interface of the software as you rebuild search and distribution.
What they own:
The core experience: the search-to-answer flow (the jolt), how cited answers and deliverables render, the distribution surfaces (newsletter, alerts, Slack/Teams delivery)
Information architecture and user flows: how insights teams actually move through the product
A product design system: components, patterns, states, so the app is consistent and buildable
Usability cleanup on current surfaces plus the design for the new stack
Profile:
Product/UX designer with real SaaS depth. Does both UX (flows, IA, usability) and UI (visual, components).
Enterprise or data-heavy product experience strongly preferred: search, dashboards, analytics, research tools. Sharpr is a decision engine for insights teams, not a simple CRUD app.
Has redesigned an existing product, not just greenfield. You're overhauling live usage with real enterprise users.
Works well with engineering existing engineering.
