   3. Tangible growth - Within two weeks, grow the Instagram from 1 to 100 followers in our segment
   4. Chat with my users in my voice
   5. Responds to each DM with branded message (easier)

3. Write down your test

   1. Airtable Form Interview:
      1. Give vague direction, they come back and WOW you —-
         1. Review example instagram post we made
            • Notice the tone is kind, excited, and pictures are modern
         2. Draft 3 instagram posts with a caption and have that tone
   2. Once you have 4-5 people that feel promising, do a trial period to test for tangible growth. You’ll be paid.
      1. What you’re going to do. Create your own interior design company called Maddie’s interior design company
      2. In the next 2 weeks, grow it to 0 to 150 people
      3. You must get real followers in interior design space. Evidence of dishonesty = denied.
      4. We’ll setup a meeting in 2 weeks, and you’ll present what you’ve done, and how you did it.
      5. Paid trial
         a. 150 or more followers - $70
         b. 75-50 followers - $50
         c. 25-50 - $10

Not getting results can mean...

• maybe its the incentive structure
• maybe its the pool, or messaging
• try different things

Bad actors 😞

• Guy was supposed to onboard people on my platform
• He made fake accounts, 1 month of history, new Gmails, no followers — dead user

Post your application

1. Post on Hubspot talent, onlinejobs.ph

2. Use autoresponders to share interview test

   • TestGorilla (English + attention to detail)
     • Sentence with proper punctuation

Use autoresponders to share interview test to VAs

On the job post, write: if you’re interested, email us with the resume.

• Once they did that, setup an autoresponder
  • Heres the link to our application
  • Higher rate of response
    1. Take 45 minutes

1. Setup autoresponder in Gmail to only respond to emails with +VA
2. Send them the application

Do not put the application on the job post. Instead put your email.

Hearing from the team (over email) helps with getting more applications.

Add in legitimacy on your VA job post

• Show them linkedin, crunchbase, name to show legitamacy
