Hi fellow hackers!! We are builders of a smart hiring logic (we are literally called 'Logieq' & pronounced 'Logic'). As a 2nd time founder I fucked up plenty of hires for my first startup, much of it tracing back to the fact that:

(1) I didn't know what 'good' looks like, for eng, sales roles etc
(2) I didn't have a network of founder friends/VCs to lean on for good advice
(3) I relied WAY too much on resume and interview vibe checks which were self-fulfilling

We started Logieq to solve this problem, because startups really can't afford bad hires ❌❌❌

We talked to lots of people in the trenches and built loads of task templates to allow founders & employers to design & deploy challenges to quickly gauge job fit.

And then we cut everything to its bare bones to make the app PLAIN STUPID. You can go from design, deploy to distribute in 3 clicks under 10 minutes.

Yeah, we pitched hard which got us to a UN function. Apparently Bill Clinton liked THAT idea.
