Hit 100 Newsletter Subscribers last week! (@140 today)

3 months ago I learned about Substack Newsletters and started my own newsletter The Snippet to start sharing my experiences from a decade of building and managing products, but in newsletter format.

Last week I hit 100 subscribers and today I am at 140!

I have been writing one post each week, and I must say I am really enjoying the newsletter format. I have nearly 2K followers on medium, but the crazy thing is that unlike medium followers, I feel a special bond with each subscriber that signs up, after all, they've kinda said "hey! I want to read more from you". Newsletters are powerful.

I have recently started promoting my newsletter more too - mostly on PM groups in Reddit and Facebook but the sub growth so far has mostly been word of mouth like the one below. Thank you Eleonore!

Each week I send a post about one of the following topics

• Ideas in Product Management - my experiments, successes and failures

• How to build things and automate work with code and no-code tools.

• Simplifying big and complex ideas that are changing our world

• My experiences building and scaling products, running product teams and working across geographies.
