On the past 19th of January, I launched my YouTube Channel.
After going back and forward with the content I was making, I finally hit 100 subscribers, posting an average of 1 video per week.
It took me exactly 61 days to reach the 100 subs. mark, something that according to VidiQ is pretty good.
I've started to make content about Stoicism but quickly changed it to Consulting.
Since I'm a full-time Consultant at Deloitte, I've started to make content about all things Consultancy for eg. what to expect from a Big Four, how's the career structured, etc.
My main acquisition channel has been LinkedIn where I have +/-2.000 connections and have been reaching an average of 4k connections per post.
All my videos are in Portuguese (Portugal) what means it is a very small potential 'market'.
Some metrics:
At this pace, I'll be crossing the 1k Subscribers chasm on the 54th Video.
My gear/setup:
Recently I've launched my personal blog but had no time yet to write there.

Congrats on hitting that milestone. I wonder what your strategic intent is with youtube? Are you planning on leaving your consulting career behind at some point? If so, why?
