Honest feedback for our new product landing page :)

Hey IndieHackers! 🚀 Seeking feedback on our GrantsFinder homepage. Check it out and please tell us what you think. Your insights matter! 💡

https://grantsfinder.eu/

We would like to understand if new website visitors will understand what it is and if it is enticing enough to read more.
Thanks in advance!

In case you want to know more about the project, some context:
I'm an entrepreneur in residence in a Portuguese venture builder and incubator, called Build Up Labs.
We have a framework for ideation, so we can launch several digital products during the year. Fail fast mindset, basically :)

GrantsFinder is one of those ideas that is now in soft launch phase. For now it's a niche SaaS product, but if we get enough traction, will continue developing it to something bigger (but trying to avoid doing a traditional funding management software, as there are already many solutions in the market for that).

Pretty solid landing page content-wise, just the right amount IMHO.

    Minor improvements would be:

    • Set some slight background colour dividers for each section to make it visually easier to separate and read.
    • Clean up the footer section with available programs. It looks a bit messy/overwhelming.

Thanks a lot, Pearcey! Both comments make sense and we already applied some quick changes about them: https://www.grantsfinder.eu/

    A couple of suggestions.

    1. I would add if the grants are covering all topics (climate, art, aero, etc)? Or who is it for if its covering only grants for specific segments?
    2. For grant finders, finding words like "comprehensive", "updated lists", and so could be very attractive
    3. lastly, for me, especially when it comes to govt stuff - I dont fully trust AI. They might not interpret the lingo or legalities correctly. So I would create some trust building text.

Hi Pro_pod! Thanks for your feedback! We'll clarify grant coverage, use enticing language, and which I believe is the most important part: add trust-building text. Thanks once again!

Hey Vítor, the website looks great! I wonder if the term "forthcoming" is too specific and people who are not as familiar with this type of funds

Hey Raquel, thanks for your kind words and also for the feedback. Probably you are right! We will think about simpler wording for that part

Pretty cool Vítor. Another thing that I found myself struggling when having to cope with EU projects were the proposals themselves. You'd have to spend several days scouring through the proposal (which was tens or hundreds of pages long) just to find what was your place among a consortium of 20+ partners.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Tiago! Maybe we can get there one day too :)
For now, and if you need again in the future, maybe another tool can help you with the writing part of the proposal: https://grantable.co/
