You might hear about lots of methods, opinions, others´ experiences, read books, and in the end you kinda feel confused because the truth is, every approach has a counter approach. Which is right or wrong may only depend on who is making the business. I see it like giving 2 people the same ingredients, same time and fire pressure, to make a soup, for example, it will never taste the same. Why?, because, what was required for the soup to taste the way it did, wasn´t just about the ingredients alone, but also the personal "signature" which is as unique as a DNA.

As entrepreneurs, making DECISIONS is a daily puzzle. This drives us to seek for case studies. However, as we are absorbing conflicting opinions and methods from all corners, avoid replacing who you are with somebody else´s approach and their personal "signature". Because doing so may result in doing something artificial and inferior. Whether it´s about quitting a job or not to, chickening out of your Startup journey or not, hiring or firing, scale or wait, numbers of hours to commit, all come down to circumstances and WHO is involved. I believe no approach is all good or bad. Some quit their job but regretted it, but the same decision became another´s testimony. Some took a loan and were crushed, others did and became happy people. There are no dos and don´ts. Learn but follow your heart in the end, because you find more courage in that way, in case it fails.

Overall, an approach that helped A could hurt B. Building a Startup is a combination of many factors including finance, patience, risk tolerance level, grit, culture, thoughts etc, and all these are a function of how you manifest your 5 senses (which is like no other in the world), to get to where you are going.
