I built a SaaS that to help ppl charge subscriptions particularly from Indian payments' context. I got a customer saying that he wants to use it for his newsletter on substack if I integrate Stripe, which is not that difficult.
I always thought substack is fulfilling enough for writers to not switch their stack to an editor + mailchimp + Stripe. Do you guys think it is worth pursuing substack users for an integration as a service with Stripe?
As per Substack's terms, publishers cannot take payment for their Substack content outside of the built-in payment integration.

Yes definitely..I was asking about if as a writer I am building a different stack, say Carrd (for signups) + Mailchimp (for sending) + a payment solution, customers would shift or not..
a writer on substack has always an option to change his stack...He still owns the users, right..Its his readers..I am coming from that point of view, not circumventing substack..
