How are you finding contract help for day-to-day marketing?

Hey all -- new to the #indiehackers community.

My partner and I have been doing all the work promoting upcoming events, research content, and things like podcast episodes, but it's becoming a grind. Also, not the best use of our time.

How do you go about getting help for things like creating post content, generating various social media images, website content, and of course, scheduling posts to various channels, etc? It feels like such a grind.
