How are you handling tax and accounting?

My current setup is I have a Delaware C-Corp while living across Ireland and Portugal and currently haven't a scooby doo how I am supposed to set myself up for success.

Is anyone using any software to solve this?

I have found a bunch of different solutions but nothing that looks decent.
