How are you handling user feedback?

User feedback is so essential for early startups. Don’t we know it! How are you handling user feedback for your project? Do you have a way for users to provide feedback in-product, or do you handle it another way?

We looked into a variety of services that do in-app product feedback, but since we're small and scrappy, we thought it would be cheeper and not too time consuming to roll our own. So we did!

It's essential to make sure you're actually seeing the feedback so you can respond quickly. To do this, we built an automation in furl to send us a notification in Slack whenever any feedback is received. We have chatGPT format the feedback and tell us the general sentiment.

Checkout how we built our own component for in-product feedback and automated it here: https://furl.ai/blog/feedback-with-furl -- or let me know what you're doing about feedback in the comments.
