How are you managing affiliates with stripe?

Hello everybody!

I want to have affiliate marketing tools for my product. Stripe does not offer a native solution for this, so basically I'm in shopping mode right now.

Which tools are you using to do this? Personally, I'm looking for something with a free tier that can be upgraded later. I'm still in pre-launch and I don't want any fees yet, I just want to have everything ready on the backend.
