How are you preparing for the YC build sprint?

So around a week ago, I came across an interesting Product Hunt post that announced the Y Combinator's first build sprint program. The idea is to set some goals for your startup and "sprint" towards it before the upcoming YC application deadline. 20 startups will be chosen to receive a $10k USD equity-free grant based on a set of criteria.

Awesome right?

I was also delighted to see posts like this that gave me a few ideas on how I wanted to run this sprint with my team. I haven't gotten around to finalizing my plan but I'm working on it here.

So how are you preparing for the YC build sprint?
