few months ago, I had 30 Twitter followers and was frustrated paying mone money for a fitness app where I used 10% of the features. Today, I have 1000+ users and $40+ MRR from building exactly what I needed.

I started building Just Log - a minimalist workout tracker - completely in public on Twitter. No stealth mode, no "coming soon" teasers. Just daily progress updates, honest struggles, and transparent development.
60 days of building in public:

DM them personally to join the waitlist

Strategic Reddit Distribution
