How Business Consultant build 100K NoCode Agency?

Erik- A Business consultant turned into No Code Agency Owner built Flywheel Studio in the pandemic while other businesses are shutting down with zero experience in coding.

Starting his no code journey from RPA, UI Path, BPM tools finally start using @AdaloHQ No Code Tool to build mobile apps and shares his knowledge via YouTube Channel(https://rebrand.ly/Fly_you), Udemy Course(https://rebrand.ly/fly_udemy), Knodalo (https://knodalo.com).

50% of Flywheel Studio resource spent on building product for clients (Right from idea to MVP) and other 50% spent on building own products (Coaching, own product building, mentoring)

No Marketing cost at all-all sales comes from the audience watching his work via the YouTube channel, udemy course and website. All organic inbound sales. Focus on educating people about @AdaloHQ and building community.

As early you can find the niche audience for your agency/product. Flywheel Studio built product for the Fitness Industry in the early phase of the agency, now building for other niche industry too.

He is more focused on building the business for the client rather than just making the mobile apps. Focus on finding the target audience, how he can ship product faster, and the distribution and monetization model.

He prefers to build a long term relationship with the client rather than a one-time business since he is building business for his client, so each month, there is many iterations required in product, expense in marketing & distribution of product and change in monetization model.
