    My method:

    • identify your target audience: who/personas
    • identify where they are: channels
    • go talk to them, organically, doesn't cost
    • select a validation process, use it, and see if some basic KPI results are good!
    • then start building your product

    This should guide you through a better-structured PM Fit.
