How can I create the Microsoft Store app?

Hello to everyone,

I have no coding knowledge or experience. However, I was very tired not being able to find any technical co-founders after searching for days. Now I decided to try something myself. I know I'm going to screw it up technically and it's probably going to end badly. But is there any that works without code or I can do this without code?
