How can I find participants in a particular niche?

I've been building and running an affiliate-link based blog and content site about heart rate variability - which is an extremely tiny niche. But due to its small size, it's really hard to find people who I could hire to help me. Does anyone know where I might be able to find someone in a niche of this size? Running out of ideas and may just pull the plug on the traffic
