How can I follow influencers across platforms?

Question - Does anyone know of a tool that allows you to follow the same influencer across multiple platforms? Say she uploads content both on TikTok and on Twitter. I dont want to visit each app sapartly and would prefer getting all the juice in one place. Any thoughts and references are welcomed -- thx
