How can I further improve or extend my app?
I have been working on a Shopify app called SPO for a few years (part-time). It has some paid users but not many. Some are them will be paying for a long time (1x months). But I don't know how to grow or improve further. The free-to-paid conversion rate is not high from my observation.
I'm running out of ideas. Can I have your opinions?
