How can I get clients to my design agency?

Hello everybody, I'm Hamza the founder of a TripleDesign: design subscription agency for SaaS and tech startups. We launched 2 months ago, I mainly do cold emails and promote my agency on twitter to other founders. Is there any other way I can get clients?
