How Can I Get Involved?
During this weird time of quarantine I find myself with a little bit more free time than usual.
I am an experienced product manager and I would love to help any companies or startups that need it.
I love the startup community and would love to be involved in any capacity.
Let me know if you are a startup that would like an extra set of hands to help out:)

What would actually be helpful for me is if you could list out the unique tasks you in approx 1-month as a product manager.
Two reasons I ask that:
1.) I've take product management courses and I think I enjoy it but not having worked as one yet I'm hesitant to apply for jobs and doubt if I know enought to do the job.
2.) I have an idea for "product management for startups" as a low-cost service. I'm wondering if it might be helpful/valuable to work with 5-10 startups providing SPM. If you could automate parts of the process and template it then it might be manageable.

Well the product manager role would depend on where the startup is. For an idea or just starting out I would work on figuring out if there is product-market fit and customer interviews and development.
Also, depending on the industry I would help flesh out the technical feasibilities and potential roadmap.
I think that is an interesting idea. I think there is a lot of variation in terms of being a PM, but I bet you could find a way to standardize certain parts of the job.
Maybe you can share some product management experiences, resources and tips with the community? Many people here do not have direct knowledge or understanding, and are pretty much making it up as they go along.
It always helps if they are pointed in the right direction.
