How can I improve my onboarding?
Hi,
The biggest complain that our new customers have is that the app is complicated, however we don't have resources to rework our UI right now nor in the near future.
What are the best ways to make onboarding easier?
What everybody think of such tools as walkme/userlane/etc?
Any recommendations ?

I always visit UI Movement to find inspiration ;)
Publish quick videos on how to complete frequently-used workflows, put that as a splash when they first login.
Consider visualizing the interactions (similar to how a sitemap does) in a simple image, letting people 'see' the bigger picture, making it easier/more intuitive to navigate.
