How can I post on Hacker news?

Hey guys,
If you have ever posted on Hacker news. Could you help me with your answers?
Another tip: You need to be ready to get some criticism and negative feedback if your post gains traction. You need to be frank, appreciative, and understanding of peoples responses even if you don't agree with their judgement - they essentially just worked for you for free as management consultants - and they expect to be paid back with intellectual respect, even if you disagree with them.
There is a pattern where creators that have left tasteless responses tend to get destroyed brutally by everyone else in the comments.

Is it important to provide the submission form with text or just medium link to my article?
Pick a good title. Look at how these titles changed on HN via editor oversight:
Numbers cannot be the starting term or they will be removed, so try and use spelled-out numbers (twenty instead of 20) or just make sure the first word is not a digit.

Make sure your post satisfies intellectual curiosity somehow, and let your friends now you're gonna post it. Only up-votes from the "new" page will count, if you link people to the news item and ask for upvotes they don't actually lift the vote count even though they appear to.

By the way, is it so important where I post my article to send it to HN? Or I just need to paste the text in the submission form?
I would recommend publishing your article on your own thing (like your company wordpress or blog) and syndicating to social (and HN) from there. Provide a link to it on HN, rather than starting a discussion on HN, unless it's a Show HN / Tell HN / Launch HN / thing that would warrant a direct post to their site because you are interested in the comments and discussion there.
People will see the URL base in the (parens) next to the headline, and if they click it, they can find other HN submissions located at the same base URL, so it's convenient if you post them all from a consistent domain (in the long-term).

Another tip: Don't spam HN, but you have to get lucky to get enough initial traction and upvotes for your post to gain any traction throughout the day. If you don't succeed I would try a couple of times over a week or so, and aim for those M-Th early morning PST posts (say, 6-7am ish).
If the right people don't happen to see your post and it falls off the new page, it's basically dead in the water. Let it die a couple of times before giving up on it.
