How can I save on bureaucracy if I want to just test my SaaS idea?

I recently built a side project, which I would like to publish and perhaps make a little cash from.

However, I'd definitely not like to just set that up as a freelancer and would prefer incorporating as a limited liability form of company. I've gone through a few options, but I can't decide where I can do it cheaply because I really don't expect on making many returns on my investment.

So far I've considered Stripe Atlas, Xolo Leap, and even firma.de's UG incorporation package (because I live in Germany, that's an option).

I've been wondering what you all like to use, or if you think that incorporating as a limited liability to test commercial viability of a side-project is even worth it?

This is my first time trying to "sell" a side-project, so I'm very much looking forward to finding out what others are doing!

If you're just looking to "test an idea", you don't need to go through the process of forming a company.

You won't want to spend a lot of time and money on "testing an idea", all you have to do is build a landing page, pitch to your potential customers, and validate if they are interested.

If the idea gains traction, then you can move forward with buying a domain, designing a logo, developing a product, and eventually incorporating the company.
