Or you can offer it for free to charities and start-ups.
like @alex_b_h mentioned - aws, azure etc., hand out credit all the time.

To be honest you won't have much luck. AWS hands out free credits like candy.
Ask some friends, especially anyone in ML. I had quite a few ML friends asking to buy my credits a while back
