I help lot of start-up and charities for free. So, happy to take it off you're hands to help them.
Or you can offer it for free to charities and start-ups.

To be honest you won't have much luck. AWS hands out free credits like candy.
Ask some friends, especially anyone in ML. I had quite a few ML friends asking to buy my credits a while back
