How can we create a platform to support small businesses in the midst of the pandemic?

I contributed to helpmainstreet.com, which was a crowdfunded directory/map of independent businesses and restaurants -- we eventually added direct online ordering when it was available to help restaurants keep more of their revenue and not have to give huge cuts to the delivery services. Possibly some inspiration there?
