How can you market a niche job board to employers ?
I have seen many job board started by indie makers. It is easy to start job board, but getting paid job post is difficult task. How would you plan to get paid job post from employers for your job board?

I know a guy here in Porltand, where I live, that started a tech-focused job board app. He's been working on it for two years now, networking with lots of local companies. Some people do post on his board, along with all the other boards that are available. His site design looks good and he's put in the work, but I think he had a difficult time getting traction because there are already several tech related job boards in our city, like this one, that offer more than just job listings and they do it for free: http://portlandtech.org/
