It's annoying if I'm coming home in the rush-hour, but at least on the way into Central London, I always get a seat (a perk of living at the end of the line). If I time i right. it' can be even faster for me me to get to/from Marylebone, and on from there, though. I got home from Vauxhall in about 50 minutes last night, after a conference.
There is, of course, a solution to this. Work from a home office.
