It helps us get instant feedback from customers right when they are having pain, success or want to make a comment.
It helps us rate the best ideas and focus on them and it helps us communicate what we're working on and what's coming next to our audience.

Thanks for sharing Matt. I also checked out your Project Management Software. We currently use Workamajig, but find it very intensive as it covers absolutely everything. I'm trying new things out as we're a far more nimble branding agency than we used to be... so looking for alternatives that fit our ways of working. I do like the collaboration aspect of your software.
