Cool thing is u can turn script to voice-over and AI presenter to explain the feature of your product....and there is no editing skills need( i m tired of learning about OBS/Final Cut Pro and other editing tool, that's why i use the one i mentioned below)

You can definitely use OBS to create a demo video of the sign up process. But if you want to make more like an explainer you will have to produce it a bit more than just a screen recording.

Well i used Free Version of DaVinci Resolve it has all you need and easy easy to use with all kind of Options.

You have multiple choices for video editing or creating software on app stores. I tried dozens of software to build a unique way that can encourage my audience. I think you can use a tool like Wave.video - Otherwise, I'll recommend you find a person on Fiverr. My guess is you will get some decent quality for a reasonable price.
You can always improve later on when your budget has increased.
