How did you find the right people to build with early on?

Hey everyone !!
I’m Jakob — early-stage on a B2B SaaS, intentionally staying in stealth while building.

It’s not an AI SaaS , but a CRM-like, workflow-heavy product focused on reducing operational overhead.

One thing I’m thinking a lot about right now is people:
finding the right people to build with long-term feels like one of the most important (and easiest to get wrong) early decisions.

For those who’ve been there:
– Where did you meet the best people you’ve built with?
– What criteria mattered most early on?
– Anything you’d actively avoid when choosing a co-founder / early partner?

I’m mainly here to exchange notes on MVP scoping, pricing, and building calm, reliable systems — curious to learn how others approached this stage.
