I’m using around 8-10 channels to drive organic traffic to my silly side project
Just to name a few that brings most quality traffic and conversion: Instagram, Quora, Slideshare, Pinterest
Since we cannot afford paid ads at the moment, here are the channels where we mostly get our traffic:
Content/Blog Writing - especially if properly tweaked with the right keywords, and written very well.
Social Media Traffic - always create social media posts for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, add the right hashtags, good graphics and queue them( we are using Buffer).
Email Marketing - just build up your email list and send whatever you think is appropriate.
Creating more Backlinks/Guest blogging
more SEO - tweaked your landing page, or the whole of your website. There are lots of easy strategies you can find on the net how to do this. Also this blog might help you out: https://www.pluginsandsnippets.com/1907/how-to-prepare-a-seo-friendly-landing-page/
and many others. :) Hope these help!
