How did you identify your target customers?

This varies from an industry to another + whether you're B2C or B2B.

But essentially it's about figuring exactly who this persona is, where it "hangs out" and what it's specific need is.

I usually take a look at:

• LinkedIn Sales Nav
• Reddit groups
• Competitors YouTube Channels (check the negative comments ;) )

One last thing I found works really well is to ask your network.
