Through practice. Never ending practice. This is a question that has been on my mind lately, I'm glad you asked. I have a follow up question:
If there was SaaS that corrected and improved your text and made it easier to read and understand, and highlighted where changes were made, would you use that service?
+1 practice. And since you mentioned business emails, I would start off with templates you find online. For example, in searching for "how to say thank you after a job interview", you will find plenty of examples to get you started. Same goes for meeting minutes, salary negotiations, cold prospect emails, etc.
Umm. Personally, I wouldn’t use it as Grammarly helps me proofread my emails. I’m looking for a service that would let me write better business emails. Cause I’ve realised clear communication via emails can solve a lot of time.
Apps? Really? Go find some like minded people in your area; call clients; question people in the street about your product
