How did you make $1MRR?

Hey there! 👋

My name is Kirk, and I'm a software engineer with a varied and diverse background in the field. I've worked professionally and personally with a wide range of tech stacks built to serve many purposes. I have experience with web, app, and game development, alongside a healthy dose of serverside and database development.

Coding is by all rights my undying passion.

Coding is also, as I see it, an immensely powerful tool in the pursuit of passive income.

However, try though I most certainly do, I have yet to create anything that has successfully generated any form of monthly recurring revenue. This is despite educating myself on marketing, UI/UX design, and a handful of other complimentary skills that lend themselves well to this form of endeavour.

So my question to Indie Hackers today, is:

How did you make your first $1MRR?

Asking for a friend.
