Hey folks!
This is, funnily enough, my very first public post on IH. I'm currently working on a design service for startups called Kojo Design and am trying to organize a public launch. My niche is effectively strong technical teams that want a beautiful product but aren't really sure where to start, or can't allocate resources for hiring a full-time designer.
Anyway, there are clearly so many productized services nowadays and only so many angles under which you can try to sell the X-as-a-subscription model. It can sometimes feel a bit discouraging.
So my questions for the community are:
How did you market your productized service when you decided to launch? ProductHunt, word of mouth, other websites, etc.
How did you make your service stand out from the crowd?
