How did you price your SaaS? Need help

Ok, so we made this tool that came out of a personal need. There are people who have said that they would pay $1000 a month, if this can do what it says it will do. We have a range of $199 to $1000, from the research we have done. We’re not very sure of how to price it yet. Any tips on how anyone here has come up with their pricing that worked, would help.
