@csallen Did you start the IH community with text interviews? I’d like to do something similar for trainersjoy.com. Where did you get your first interviewees And how did you choose the interview questions so that you could spark an interesting conversation?

Thanks, Rosie, that's very helpful! I ask because yesterday I began to create a community for educators (teachers, trainers, instructional designers, etc.). In the beginning, this feels lonely but of course I hope that many educators will join at https://community.trainersjoy.com

Its hard to get interviewees for free. I use a company called Validately, 15 dollar a user, its not bad, however, the real cost comes from their monthly subscription fee. But trust me you save so much money if you do regular testing.
